Can I cancel/amend my order after it has been placed?

We're really quick at packing your order up which means we can't always make any changes once you've placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method.

We appreciate that sometimes an order may need to be amended or cancelled and we will absolutely do our best to facilitate this although we cannot not guarantee that it will be possible. 

If you change your mind about your order, please email us immediately at customercare@ratandboa.com with the subject header CANCEL/AMEND ORDER and your order number, and our team will pick your request up as quickly as possible.
