Courier Information

We currently ship with DHL Express for all UK and US orders. 

Our Australia and New Zealand orders are processed with AusPost. 

Our EU orders are currently processed with DHL Express.

 

We occasionally ship with other couriers if DHL Express do not cover your area.

Please note, this does occasionally change and other couriers may be used in place of the above.

DHL- How do I send it?

You can drop the parcel off to any DHL Express shop (please note, DHL Parcel, is not the same company), some have printing facilities available. We would always recommend keeping all receipts or confirmation of drop off.

You can also schedule a collection with DHL, they can collect from a home address or work address, this is totally free service. 

 Please use the link below to arrange for DHL to collect your parcel, please note the link below can be temperamental on some phones and tends to work better on a laptop or PC. 

 Please select your country flag in the top right of the screen (this is important as it will not work otherwise)

 Please answer 'No' to the first question, then select 'I have a waybill number', enter the waybill number that appears on your return label, ensuring that you leave no spaces between the numbers, then enter you phone number. Click update and you will then be able to arrange a collection.

Which couriers do you use?

We currently ship with DHL for all UK and US orders.

Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

If your order has not been shipped you can request this with our Customer care team please email us immediately at customercare@ratandboa.com with the subject header CANCEL/AMEND ORDER and your order number, and our team will pick your request up as quickly as possible.

If your order has already been packed or shipped by our warehouse, generally the quickest way to divert your package is to head over to https://ondemand.dhl.com/ DHL on demand and select your country, then select “manage as request” enter your waybill tracking number, you can then amend the address with them.

(Please note you can not change the country you are shipping to)
